David A. Burger, Esq.

David grew up in Potomac, Maryland, where he attended Churchill H.S. and played football and basketball. He attended the University of Vermont where he graduated with an English degree with minor studies in Philosophy and Religion.

After college, David lived abroad; in Taiwan, where he started and ran a magazine that served as an educational and entertainment guide to the island, and then in Thailand where he ran Survival Trekking in Chiang Mai, taking intrepid tourists on multi-day "survival treks" through the mountains and jungles of Northern Thailand.

Upon his return, David entered the real estate business and has been involved in title insurance and settlement services throughout Virginia, Maryland and DC for over 10 years now.

David graduated from the George Mason School of Law. He focused his studies on Real Estate, Bankruptcy and Wills, Trusts & Estates law. He is now licensed to practice in Virginia, Maryland and DC as well as the bankruptcy courts for Maryland and the Eastern District of Virginia. His practice covers most areas of civil law and litigation.

Kasey McNamara, Esq.

Kasey McNamara is an Associate Attorney with The Burger Law Firm. Her practice areas include real estate, landlord/tenant, estate planning, personal injury, family law, and criminal defense. Before moving to the D.C. area in 2011, Kasey lived in Phoenix, Arizona where she attended Arizona State University and received her undergraduate degree in Psychology. She then went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from Phoenix School of Law.

During law school, Kasey served as Managing Editor of the Phoenix Law Review, a law journal dedicated to analysis and impact of cutting-edge legal issues in Arizona. During her third year of law school, Kasey participated in a juvenile defense clinic where she gained valuable experience in criminal law.
